NO Weight Training

Both programs are perfect to help young athletes build athleticism and improve their performance in:
Lacrosse, soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, field hockey, football, baseball, softball, track & cross country.

Semi-Private Speed & Strength Packages

10 Sessions: 2 payments of $172.50 ($345 total)

20 Sessions: 3 payments of $208.33 ($625 total)

30 Sessions: 3 payments of $275 ($825 total)

Speed Squad
Packages

10 Sessions: 2 payments of $127.50 ($255 total)

20 Sessions: 3 payments of $143 ($429 total)

30 Sessions: 3 payments of $192 ($576 total)

SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE VALID BEGINNING MAY 27, 2025

*Summer package sessions are valid for up to 15 weeks after the date of 1st visit.

Training Sessions are 1 hour - Designed specifically for 11 - 13 year olds
SPSS is limited to no more than 9 athletes - Speed Squad is limited to no more than 16 athletes.

Scheduling Flexibility: Sign up online. Sign in is allowed up to 4 hours prior to the start of a session.
You select the days/time you wish to attend. You can change the days you attend weekly.

SUMMER PACKAGES INCLUDE A
1ST SESSION TRAINING TRY-OUT

The Training Try Out is NOT about assessing athleticism or talent. It's to ensure a willingness to train and coachability.

What is the Tryout: It is the 1st Speed Squad session your child participates in after purchasing a package.
Purpose of the Tryout:
To ensure your child is engaged, able to follow directions, and at the proper training level.
Benefit #1 of the Tryout: If your child doesn’t want to participate, we don’t want to waste your time and money.
Benefit #2 of the Tryout: If a child is not ready to be coached in our program, we don’t want to diminish the experience and results for the other children in the group session.

If your child’s coach determines our program is not a good fit at this time, we will refund the package purchased minus the Training Tryout fee. ($25 for Speed Squad)

Ultimately, the tryout session ensures your child enjoys the experience, achieves great results, and trains with other athletes eager to improve.
