Led by former Big Ten & SEC strength coaches, our personal trainers specialize in speed, agility and strength training for youth athletes.
As parents ourselves, we understand how important it is for our children to learn how to train properly. We believe in doing the basics savagely well and using proven training techniques that create the fastest, strongest, and most injury-resistant athletes possible.
Even if you never come into The Spot, we still want to help you and/or your youth athlete become better.
Do us a favor and google “do speed ladders make you faster” and you will quickly learn that they do NOT. If your athlete is spending a lot of time on speed ladders, they are wasting valuable time that could be spent on sprint technique, power development and maximal velocity sprinting.
These are the exercises that will improve their speed.

We have two of the best private training facilities in the world. We have tons of open turf space for fitness classes and speed, agility, and sprint work for our athletes. We have specialty & custom-built equipment that makes your fitness experience fun & unique. With so much space and an immense variety of specialty bars, sandbags and more, plus coaches to show you how to properly use them, you will never get bored.
This is important because we believe if you aren’t having fun and getting results, then you won’t keep doing it.
